Y Kinders in Ballarat is seeking Casual Diploma-qualified Educators (or students) to join our vibrant team and support quality early childhood education across Victoria.

You’ll work with play-based programs, build strong relationships with children and families, ensure inclusive, safe learning environments, and collaborate with peers. WWCC and first aid are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying toward it.
• Interest in supporting children's development and ongoing learning.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Great teamwork, communication, and reliability.

• Californian Gully Kindergarten
• Dunolly Kindergarten

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development

Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired

Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
