Y Kinders in Ballarat is seeking Casual Certificate III Educators or students pursuing the qualification to join our team. You will support play-based learning, build positive relationships with children and families, and contribute to safe, inclusive learning environments.

As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, you’ll join a network across the state with access to mentoring, study support and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying toward it.
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong teamwork, communication and reliability are essential.

We’re now looking for CasualCertificate III Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

• AG Leech Kindergarten
• Californian Gully Kindergarten
• Dunolly Kindergarten

• Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
