Goulburn Mulwaree Council's GALC is seeking casual Customer Service Officers to deliver high-quality service to patrons at the Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre. The role involves assisting visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting daily operations in a dynamic community facility.

Job description

The Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre (GALC) features a range of facilities for competitive swimming, leisure, general community use and major regional events, including a 50‑metre outdoor swimming pool, an 25‑metre indoor swimming pool, program pool, warm water pool, splash pad and gymnasium.

Council is currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Customer Service Officers to join the team at GALC, delivering high‑quality customer service and support to patrons and visitors as opportunities arise.
