Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Pick & Drop / Sorter Warehouse Operators for casual, ongoing roles in Melbourne area. Roles include sorting/restacking, Crown Tugger operation, and voice picking with cross-training.

Ideal candidates have Crown Tugger experience, voice/RF-picking experience, and a can-do attitude to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining safety standards. Shifts include day/afternoon with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Crown Tugger operating experience.
• Voice or RF-picking experience.
• Ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good physical fitness to lift 15–20 kg.
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and restacking stock onto pallets.
• Operating a Crown Tugger to move stock throughout the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties and stock replenishment.
• Stacking and organising pallets.
• Working towards warehouse KPIs while maintaining safety standards.
