Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Pick & Drop / Sorter Warehouse Operators for casual, ongoing roles in Melbourne area. Roles include sorting/restacking, Crown Tugger operation, and voice picking with cross-training.

Ideal candidates have Crown Tugger experience, voice/RF-picking experience, and a can-do attitude to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining safety standards. Shifts include day/afternoon with weekends as needed.

• $34-$38 per hour, depending on shift

We are seeking reliable and experienced warehouse operators to join our teams in Truganina and Derrimut. This role combines sorting and pallet restacking duties, with successful candidates cross-trained in voice picking.

If you have previous Crown Tugger experience, warehouse picking experience and a willingness to learn new skills, we want to hear from you!

Duties Include

• Sorting and restacking stock onto pallets
• Operating a Crown Tugger to move stock throughout the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and stock replenishment
• Stacking and organising pallets
• Working towards warehouse KPIs while maintaining safety standards

To Be Successful, You Must Have

• Previous Crown Tugger operating experience - essential
• Previous voice or RF-picking experience
• A willingness to learn new processes
• The ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The physical fitness to lift 15-20 kg
• Availability to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and overtime as required
