Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services in Derrimut is seeking reliable Picker/Double Tugger Operators to join our warehouse team in a busy site. Afternoon shifts: 12pm-10pm or 2pm-12pm, Monday to Thursday, with a stable roster and opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Pay rate is $40.28 per hour, with a brand-new facility and ongoing work for the right candidates. You will be responsible for accurate order picking, tugger operations, and RF scanning to ensure timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual and case picks.
• Must have experience with Tugger Picking and RF Scanning.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Order picking using Tugger equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manual pick of stock on tugger using voice pick and RF scanners.
• Ability to complete individual and bulk case picks; maintain accuracy.

We're looking for reliable and motivated Picker/Double Tugger Operators to join our team in a warehouse based in Derrimut.

Working with a variety of well-known brands, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are accurately picked, moved, and prepared for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order picking using Tuggers safety and efficiently
• Manual pick of stock on tugger using voice pick and RF scanners
• Ability to complete individual and case picks - MUST be physically fit
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with Tugger Picking and RF Scanning is a MUST!
• Ability to complete manual individual and bulk case picks
• MUST be physically fit and capable
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A consistent and reliable work ethic, must turn up to all rostered shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Availability to work Monday to Thursday - 10HR Shifts
• Positive attitude and a strong team mindset
