Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare well balanced and nutritious meals for our residents.
• Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents’ dietary, individual and cultural needs are met.
• Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services.
• Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures.
• Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking, and food quality assessment.

Our home is surrounded be scenic views, with access to public transport. It consists of 108 beds with various care units. About the Role

As a Cook at one of our care homes you will provide well-presented and nutritious meals in a home like environment. Your passion for food along with your person‑first approach will make a real difference to the life of our residents.

Duties

• Plan and prepare well balanced and nutritious meals for our residents
