Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is looking for a Cook to join our busy kitchen in Australia. You will prepare fresh ingredients, cook on the line, and help deliver high-quality Mexican dishes for guests.

Experience in a busy hospitality environment and a solid understanding of food safety are valued. Availability across nights and weekends is essential to cover shifts. Training and career progression opportunities are available.

The Role

As a Cook, you’re at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll prepare fresh food every day, keep things moving during busy service, and bring our vibrant Mexican flavours to life. From prepping ingredients to cooking on the line, you’ll take pride in serving up great-quality food for our regulars and new guests alike.

We appreciate diverse experience, but ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience working in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
