Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Cook to be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients and delivering vibrant Mexican flavours during busy service.

You will prep, cook on the line, ensure food safety, and contribute to our guest experience with great-quality meals. We offer flexible rosters, uniforms, meals discounts, training and opportunities into leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends

As a Cook, you’re at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll prepare fresh food every day, keep things moving during busy service, and bring our vibrant Mexican flavours to life. From prepping ingredients to cooking on the line, you’ll take pride in serving up great-quality food for our regulars and new guests alike.
