Job summary

Park Pty Ltd is hiring casual Console Operators to support our Bass Hill and Merrylands stores across Sydney, NSW. You will greet customers, process payments, upsell products and help keep the forecourt and shop areas well presented.

Shift coverage includes afternoon and overnight hours; reliability, flexibility and a positive customer service approach are essential. Training is provided at no cost, and applicants must be 18+ with transport to attend both locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months’ retail or hospitality experience.
• Broad availability across weekdays and weekends.
• Availability to work afternoon and overnight shifts (3:00 pm–10:00 pm and 10:00 pm–5:00 am).
• Willingness to work at both Bass Hill and Merrylands locations.
• Reliable transport to attend shifts at both locations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills.
• Previous fuel or convenience-store experience is valued but not essential.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
