Job summary

Aruma is seeking casual Support Workers to assist in community services in Alstonville. You will help people engage in hobbies, form friendships, and participate in community activities, supporting personal care as needed.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage those with disabilities to apply. Valid checks and a driver’s license are required, with availability across 7 days between 8am and 6pm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours.
• Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
• Valid driver’s license and an insured car required.
• Availability across 7 days between 8am–6pm.
• Commitment to inclusion and helping people lead a full, joyful life.
