Job summary

Aruma is seeking casual Support Workers to help people in Alstonville and surrounding communities. The role focuses on supporting individuals with disabilities to engage in hobbies, form friendships, and participate in community activities.

You will work across 7 days between 8am and 6pm, providing compassionate personal care and assisting people to access events and services. Applicants should be willing to obtain checks such as NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours.
• Willing to obtain required checks and licenses.
• Ability to work across 7 days 8am–6pm.
