Job summary

Incluso Services Pty Ltd. in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs is seeking experienced Community Support Workers for casual shifts. You will support participants to live safely, pursue goals, and engage in community activities with dignity and independence.

Roles include morning, afternoon, evening, sleepover and night shifts, with comprehensive training and supportive supervision. Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for disability support, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support and community services.
• NDIS knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Working with Children Check and Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in the community.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Support meal prep and daily living tasks.
• Offer transport and social activities.
• Build trusting relationships with participants.
• Promote independence and goal achievement.
