Job summary

disAbility Living Incorporated is hiring compassionate Community Support Workers for casual shifts across metropolitan Adelaide. You will deliver person‑centred supports to clients in social and community participation programs, including 1:1 access, in‑home support and group daytime options.

The role offers flexible two‑hour to longer shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow with a values‑driven, inclusive team committed to helping people with disability live the life they choose.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Inidividual Support (Disability) or equivalent is required.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
• First Aid, CPR and manual handling training completed.
• Evidence of Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 community access and social participation.
• Deliver group supports at Windsor Gardens hub (Day Options).
• Deliver in-home support to build capacity and independence.
• Support skill development in group or 1:1 settings.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
