Job summary

Next Gen Clubs is seeking a casual Commis Chef to join the Food & Beverage Team at Kings Park. You will work across a 7-day roster, supporting kitchen operations and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.

You'll collaborate with the team, have growth opportunities, and hours may increase for the right candidate. We also offer complimentary club membership for full-time employees and a friendly, dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable).
• Experience is important; a positive attitude is important.
• Restaurant and banquet food preparation or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain kitchen protocols such as HACCP.
• Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure kitchen operates within budgets.
• Maintain food hygiene and health and safety compliance.
