Job summary

First Nations Jobs is recruiting cleaners on a casual basis to work at the Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will oversee general cleaning across facilities to support the health and well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment is desirable.

We are currently recruiting for Cleaners on a Casual basis to work at the Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, touch point cleaning, etc) at facilities contributing to the overall health and well-being of those in the centre.

What you'll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

• General cleaning of designated areas (vacuuming, mopping, touch-point cleaning etc)
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment
• Removal of rubbish.

What you'll bring

• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment (desirable)
