Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to our recipes and quality standards
• Prepping ingredients, including chopping, marinating and organising your section
• Plating and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Helping deliver large-scale event and wedding service during peak season
• Keeping your work areas and equipment clean and hygienic
• Following food safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with and taking direction from senior chefs

Mitchelton is a winery and hospitality destination on the banks of the Goulburn River in Nagambie, Victoria. Our kitchens run across Muse, our restaurant recognised in the Good Food Guide, Provedore café, and a busy events calendar of weddings and private functions. We're all about great wine, fresh local produce and memorable food.

About the role

Summer is our busiest season. Weddings, events and weekend crowds fill the estate from spring through to autumn, and we're growing our kitchen team to match. We're looking for casual chefs who want to be part of it.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to our recipes and quality standards
