Spring has arrived at Mitchelton, and with it our busiest and best season — long lunches on the terrace, sunset weddings, and a vineyard in full swing. We're looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join us across three venues, with flexible shifts to suit your summer.

Recognised in the prestigious Good Food Guide, Muse Restaurant offers a refined dining experience with sweeping views across the vines — and is looking for polished front-of-house professionals to join an exceptional team.

At Provedore Café, you'll serve breakfast and lunch from a refreshed warm-weather menu showcasing local produce alongside café favourites — stone-baked pizzas, pastas and fresh salads — all crafted under the guidance of Executive Chef Luis Benavides.

Our Events Team puts you at the heart of the season's most memorable moments, from garden weddings to private functions, delivering outstanding food and beverage service in one of regional Victoria's most picturesque settings.
