Job summary

Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking a Casual Educator to join our NSW centre teams. With 2–5 years' experience and Certificate III or Diploma ready, you will work alongside our experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, comfort and sense of belonging.

You will contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of EYLF-aligned programs; record observations; support inclusion for children with additional needs and diverse backgrounds; build warm relationships

Qualifications

Certificate III ACECQA approved or currently working towards it.
Valid Working with Children Check for the state.
Knowledge of EYLF and current practices in early childhood.
Understanding of child development principles relevant to EYLF.
Proficiency with digital platforms for observation and communication.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
Flexibility of time and shifts.

Responsibilities

Contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of EYLF-aligned programs.
Record child observations to support program planning.
Support inclusion of children with additional needs and diverse backgrounds.
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
Work in line with National Quality Framework and Thrive policies, including food safety.
