Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate casual educators to support Centre staff, children and families in the Inner West Region of New South Wales. This role emphasizes high-quality education, child safety and collaboration with staff to deliver engaging learning experiences.

The position requires experience with early childhood programs, knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and current First Aid/ CPR plus a valid NSW WWCC. Join a reputable provider with over 50 centres across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, documentation and implementing programs for children aged 0–6 years.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from an approved provider.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and sector regulations.
• Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Responsibilities

• Support Centre staff in delivering high-quality education and care.
• Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) to support children's identity, wellbeing and learning.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow health and hygiene protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team, children and families, fostering respectful relationships.
• Meet Mandatory Reporting responsibilities as required.
