Job summary

Fresh Food Café in the Sydney Markets area is looking for a Casual Café All-Rounder to join the front counter, engage with customers, assist with table service and keep café operations running smoothly.

You will join a small, friendly team with a strong focus on respect, passion, and responsive service. This role offers an early start, is based in the heart of Sydney Markets, and includes a daily coffee perk and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred but not essential.
• Barista experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM start) and full Australian working rights.
• Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and ready to learn.
