Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove is seeking a Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team at Kingsgrove, with a new store location in Beecroft. This part-time role offers the possibility to transition to full-time as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, barista or hospitality role.
• Genuine interest in coffee and willingness to learn about in-house roasting and blends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability, professionalism and a team-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and help across all areas of the café.

What We’re Looking For
