Qualifications

• Food Handling Certificate essential, or willingness to obtain one.
• Entry-level applicants will be considered.
• Basic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently.

• Ability to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with food preparation across all service periods.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic.
• Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures.
• Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
