The Roxburgh Park Hotel in Victoria is seeking a versatile Casual Bar, Bottleshop and Tab Operator to join our team, delivering friendly service across our bar and bottleshop while assisting with food and beverage service.

You will handle cash and operate the TAB, restock and maintain areas, and ensure health and licensing compliance while providing a welcoming environment for guests.

Formación

• RSA certification required to handle alcohol
• Previous customer-facing hospitality experience
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Excellent cash handling and POS skills
• Strong communication and friendly service

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Casual Bar, Bottleshop and Tab Operator to join our dynamic team at the Roxburgh Park Hotel. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service across various areas of our hospitality operation, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

What you'll be doing

Serving customers at the bar and bottleshop with a friendly and professional manner

Assisting with food and beverage service in the Bar including taking orders and delivering meals

Handling cash and operating the register and TAB facilities

Restocking and maintaining the bar and bottleshop areas

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment

Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, with Bar tender experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service

Excellent cash handling and point-of-sale system skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

TAB Basics Training (TAB applicants only)
