Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join The Beach House Restaurant & Bar team in a beachfront setting. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will help deliver outstanding guest experiences, handle inquiries, and contribute to a lively, friendly atmosphere.

You’ll support front-of-house service, maintain safety and presentation standards, assist with stock and waste management, and follow cleaning and chemical safety protocols.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a positive guest experience, handling complaints professionally.
• Maintain safety, security, and food handling standards (RSA/RCG where required) and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Manage stock, check produce, reduce wastage, and use items to their full potential.
• Keep shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for cleaning tasks.
