Job summary

Duxton Group is seeking an entry-level Bar Attendant for the Old Noarlunga Hotel in Adelaide. The role involves friendly service, taking orders, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar area. You’ll work as part of a team, meet guests, and help ensure responsible service and venue safety.

Ideal candidates have an RSA certificate, additional Keno/TAB certification is a plus, and prior hospitality experience is valued. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and take orders with friendly, efficient service;
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately;
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked;
• Collect and clean glassware and maintain welcoming guest areas;
• Build positive relationships with locals, visitors and your teammates; and
• Follow responsible service of alcohol, hygiene and venue safety procedures.

About You

You bring a welcoming smile, a willingness to pitch in and pride in a job well done.

You’ll have:

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate;
• Keno, TAB certified favourable;
• Previous bar or hospitality experience, highly regarded;
• A friendly, approachable manner and good communication skills;
• The ability to stay organised during busy service;
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings; and
• A reliable, hands-on approach and a positive team attitude.
