Job summary

Berwick Springs Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Gaming & TAB Attendants to join our hospitality team. You’ll provide friendly service, perform gaming duties, and ensure responsible gambling practices are observed.

RSA and RSG are required. The role involves cash handling, balancing, and collaboration with the venue team to deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience across a 7-day rotating roster.

Berwick Springs Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Gaming & TAB Attendants to join our team!

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in creating a great experience for our guests.

This role operates across a 7-day rotating roster, so flexibility to work a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts is essential.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service to our guests
• Carrying out Gaming and TAB duties efficiently and professionally
• Practising Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Gambling in accordance with relevant legislation
• Accurately handling cash transactions, reconciliations and daily balancing
• Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our customers
• Working closely with the wider venue team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About you:

• Previous hospitality, gaming or TAB experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Current RSA and RSG are required
• Gaming and TAB experience/knowledge will be highly regarded
• Confident with cash handling and attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable and comfortable engaging with customers
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and overnight shifts
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
