Norths Devils Leagues Club in Brisbane's northern suburbs is seeking casual hospitality staff to deliver outstanding service across the venue, including bar, dining, and gaming areas.

Roles involve serving drinks and food, handling cash, operating TAB and gaming machines, and maintaining high cleanliness standards while working in a fast-paced team environment. RSA and RSG certificates, police check, and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential.
• RSG certificate (Responsible Service of Gaming) essential.
• QLD Police Check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all patrons have a great experience.
• Serve drinks and food in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate TAB and/or gaming machines, ensuring all rules and regulations are adhered to.
• Handle cash transactions, including the correct handling and payout of money.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide smooth, efficient service.
• Conduct Promotions and Raffles in line with terms and conditions.
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and polite manner
