Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation is seeking a casual Customer Service Representative to support B2B accounts from our Moorabbin Head Office. The role involves managing orders, resolving enquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across 30–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will work with SAP and EDI order management, coordinate with sales and supply chain teams, and provide timely product, pricing and delivery information to accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work 30-38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Experience in sporting goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process account orders accurately and efficiently through SAP & EDI systems.
• Manage accounts, including order entry and account details maintenance.
• Respond to account enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide accounts with product info, pricing, inventory, order status and delivery timelines.
• Investigate and resolve account complaints, order discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Monitor backorders and liaise with supply chain regarding inbound inventory.
• Support Key Account customers through EDI order management and ongoing service.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and warehouse teams to meet account requirements.
• Maintain high service standards by meeting response time targets.
• Assist with seasonal launches and peak trading periods to ensure smooth operations.
