Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients with activities of daily living
• Support clients with mobility and transferring using safe handling techniques
• Assist with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and care team
• Monitor and report changes in client health or wellbeing
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Respect client privacy, dignity and independence
• Follow policies, procedures and safeguarding guidelines
