Job summary

Mark & Sylvie'S Home Care is seeking a Casual Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in Redcliffe and surrounding areas. You will work with a healthcare team to promote wellbeing and independence at home, delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

The role requires a Certificate III in relevant care fields, at least six months' experience, a current Police Check, valid driver’s licence, and CPR/First Aid certificates updated within the last six months.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in relevant field required.
• Minimum six months' experience in home care, aged care, or community support.
• Current National Police Check and CPR/First Aid within last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to elderly clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and home care duties.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Support independence and quality of life at home.
• Observe changes in health, wellbeing or safety and report to clinical team.
