Villa Del Sole is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our aged and disability support team in Glenroy, VIC. This casual position offers flexible working arrangements to suit your availability.

You will provide essential personal care and assistance to elderly residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Essential qualifications include a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) and demonstrated experience in residential aged care.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Excellent personal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to support residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Support with meal preparation and feeding as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and report concerns to supervisors.
• Build positive relationships with residents with dignity and respect.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Adhere to health, safety and infection control procedures.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and social engagement.
