Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote is seeking a compassionate Casual Care Services Employee to partner with residents, support daily routines, and provide personal care in a 213-bed Heathcote facility near Sydney. You will work within a dedicated team to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and engaged, following care plans and using AutumnCare or similar software for records.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent, 6+ months in a similar role,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of residential aged care experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekdays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare or similar software and ability to maintain records.
• Understanding of aged care, resident rights, and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support residents to maintain independence and daily routines.
• Attend to personal care and daily household tasks in a supportive team.
• Ensure residents feel safe, valued, and engaged.
• Document care accurately and follow care plans.
