BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking a casual Laundry Assistant / Cleaner at Glendale Lodge, Elderslie NSW. You will help with cleaning and laundry to support 24-hour aged care operations and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning and/or laundry services, including the safe use of chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and under limited supervision.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Empathy, flexibility and patience with aged people and their needs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and staff spaces.
• Operating and maintaining laundry equipment safely.
• Ensuring infection control guidelines are followed in all areas.
• Completing required documentation and checklists.
