Job summary

SA Health is seeking Administration Officers on a casual basis at Crystal Brook Hospital within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. You will provide high‑level administrative support to ensure smooth operations in the Administration department and contribute to efficient health service delivery for staff and clients.

Key duties include meeting coordination, reception duties, records management, and assisting with bookings and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare documents.
• Manage staff leave records and liaise with Shared Services.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and reception phone enquiries.
• Maintain databases, manage appointments, and book rooms, vehicles and equipment.
• Support Senior Staff with a range of administrative tasks.
