You will handle client enquiries, coordinate appointments, support with correspondence and records, and provide accurate word processing and desktop publishing.

Qualifications

• High level competency in computers, word processing and office administration processes.
• Experience providing administrative & clerical support services.
• Strong data entry and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries and coordinate appointments.
• Assist with correspondence and record management.
• Provide accurate word processing and desktop publishing support.
• Liaise with staff, health units and external organisations to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Maintain electronic and hardcopy records and ensure data quality.
• Support infection control practices, quality improvement initiatives and training.
• Be willing to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.
