Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments around Sydney. Earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance, with typical weekly earnings around $1,400+.

Immediate start available and genuine pathways into permanent roles. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months' experience in general labour or as a Trade Assistant, a Construction White Card, a current driver licence, and reliable transport.

What You'll Be Doing

• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites

• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Work gloves
• High-visibility clothing
