The Cases Lead – Pacific is responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of case law content across the Pacific region meets LexisNexis standards for quality, timeliness, accuracy, and AI readiness. The role serves as the regional point of contact for all case law‑related operations, overseeing editorial workflows, monitoring operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in case content creation. This role contributes to the transformation of legal publishing into intelligent legal content delivery by ensuring legal materials are structured, enriched, searchable, analytically valuable, and aligned with evolving customer research behaviour and GenAI product capabilities.
