Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Midwife - Caseload to support women through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood across the maternity journey. You will build trust with families, deliver personalised care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences.

You will emphasise continuity of care, employ evidence-based practices, and contribute to ongoing professional excellence while balancing independence with teamwork in a regional health

Qualifications

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Midwife.
• Strong clinical expertise and commitment to evidence-based, woman-centred care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• The ability to think critically, work autonomously and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
