Corrections Victoria in Warrnambool seeks a Case Officer in the Court Practice stream to administer court orders for individuals assessed as low risk of reoffending. You may also manage individuals on reparation orders, directing and monitoring compliance with obligations and evidence-based practice.
Key responsibilities include applying order administration activities, refer to services, monitor compliance and escalate non-compliance promptly.
Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending andconnecting individuals to programs,servicesand community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, serious sex offenders on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
Case Officers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for the administration of court orders for individuals assessed as being at low risk of reoffending and may also be required to manage individuals on reparation orders.
This role is required to direct and monitor compliance in line with court order obligations and evidence-based practice.
