Job summary

Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a Case Manager to supervise individuals under community-based orders, delivering evidence-based case management and tailored supervision plans to reduce reoffending.

You will interview clients, assess risks, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with orders, contributing to community safety across Queensland. Onboarding includes professional development and pathways across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, criminology or related field.
• Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 18 months of start date.
• Current C class driver's licence.
• Right to live and work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individuals under community-based orders to maintain public safety.
• Interview clients, assess risks and apply risk management strategies.
• Lead rehabilitation and reintegration efforts for supervised individuals.
• Develop tailored supervision plans and provide guidance toward crime-free outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with conditions of community-based orders and document progress.
