Base pay range

A$101,784.00/yr - A$108,468.00/yr

  • $101,784 – $108,468 + super + salary packaging
  • 6 weeks annual leave + 4 paid mental health days
  • $3,000 relocation package + remote area benefits

Join Drug and Alcohol Services Australia (DASA) and support Aboriginal women in a therapeutic, all-female residential program. With a small caseload (max 10, often 5), you’ll have the time and space to deliver meaningful, trauma-informed care.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes
What You’ll Bring
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
