Shell Projects Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team. You will gain hands-on experience in timber framing, roof truss installation, eaves and cladding on residential projects.

Work with an experienced trades team, learn to use hand and power tools safely, and contribute to maintaining a safe, tidy site. Eligibility: Australian citizen, permanent resident or full working rights.

Formación

• Aspiring carpentry apprentice in 1st or 2nd year.
• Willing to learn and develop carpentry skills.
• Physically fit and able to travel to sites.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

Shell Projects Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking 1st or 2nd Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team in Sydney.

We specialise in timber frames, roof trusses, eaves and cladding. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your carpentry skills and learn from experienced tradespeople on residential construction projects.

About the Role

You will work alongside our experienced team and gain practical experience in:

• Timber framing and roof truss installation
• Eaves and cladding
• General carpentry and residential construction work
• Using hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites
• Keen to learn and develop your carpentry skills
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Able to travel to work sites independently
• Committed to completing your carpentry apprenticeship

Preferred, but Not Essential

• A valid driver's licence and your own transport
• A valid White Card
• Previous construction or carpentry experience
• Your own basic tools
