Wood Recruitment is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Skilled Labourer for a Balcatta-based role in the Perth metro area. This hands-on position involves varied tasks across aged care facilities, requiring reliability and professionalism in occupied environments.

You’ll perform general maintenance, roofing repairs, fencing work, basic carpentry, and room make-good tasks while assisting with site clean-up and material handling. Teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Carpenter, Handyman, Maintenance Worker or Trade Assistant.
• Carpentry experience highly regarded.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good communication skills and professional presentation.
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset.
