Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Handyman to support the Barangaroo precinct in Sydney. This on-site role covers maintenance and repairs across public spaces, buildings and foreshore assets, using hands-on carpentry and general maintenance skills.

You'll join a stable, long-term team with a company vehicle, mobile phone and parking, delivering high-quality workmanship in a premier waterfront location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated carpentry or handyman experience.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Current valid driver's licence.
• Forklift licence and/or boat licence advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Check and pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and handyman tasks across the Barangaroo precinct.
• Maintain and repair doors, locks, fixtures and fittings.
• Paint, patch and undertake minor building works as required.
• Inspect maintenance issues and coordinate rectifications.
• Manage work orders via mobile technology; uphold safety standards.
