Job summary

Terranovus Civil is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Formsetter for ongoing civil construction projects located in Mareeba, Malanda & Millaa Millaa in Queensland, Australia.

The successful candidate will set out formwork, position steel reinforcements, read drawings, and mentor labourers to ensure top-tier production and quality finishes across varied projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpenter experience across construction activities.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret complex concrete structures.
• Mentor and instruct labourers to maximize production.

Responsibilities

• Confidently prepare site including setting out formwork and laying steel reinforcements.
• Utilise 3+ years of carpenter experience across an array of construction activities.
• Assist with pouring, levelling & spreading concrete to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Understand complex concrete structures by interpreting drawings and using previous experience.
• Mentor and instruct labourers to ensure maximum production.
• Take ownership of YOUR work and be proud of what YOU deliver.
