Job summary

CatholicCare invites a qualified carpenter to join the Facilities Management team in Tuggerah, with work across residential, commercial and civil projects. You will deliver quality repairs and small projects that keep sites safe and welcoming for the community.

Based in Tuggerah, travel across Northern Sydney and the Central Coast is required. This is a permanent full-time role with Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, and pay negotiable with super and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Interpret building plans and specifications.
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, decking, stairs, doors, windows, cabinetry, and internal linings.
• Maintain NCC and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with builders, subcontractors, and apprentices.
• Travel across multiple CatholicCare sites to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install timber structures across sites.
• Maintain fixtures and fittings to standard.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WHS.
• Collaborate with project teams and trades.
