Job summary

Home In Place is seeking a trade-qualified Carpenter to service properties in the Hunter region. You’ll perform carpentry maintenance, repairs and improvements while delivering safe, compliant homes for tenants.

Join a supportive maintenance team with steady Monday-Friday work, a 9-day fortnight or monthly RDO, and a vehicle provided for site visits. Salary packaging and training opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with residential maintenance experience.
• Current NSW Driver Licence and White Card.
• Respect when working in people’s homes.

Responsibilities

• Service properties across the Hunter and Upper Hunter regions, performing carpentry maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
• Help ensure homes are safe and compliant and support the maintenance team in delivering high-quality tenant service.

The Role

Based from our Beresfield office, you'll service properties throughout the Hunter and Upper Hunter regions, carrying out a variety of carpentry maintenance, repairs and improvement works.

No two days are the same. From minor repairs and property upgrades to ensuring homes remain safe and compliant, you'll be part of a supportive maintenance team committed to delivering excellent service to our tenants.

About You

You're a reliable, trade-qualified Carpenter who takes pride in your workmanship and safety. You'll have:

• Solid residential maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Current NSW Driver Licence
• White Card
• Respect when working in people's homes
