Essential to have AQF Certificate III with 2 years of carpentry experience, ability to read drawings, and proficient with hand and power tools. Duties include erecting frames, roof trusses, sub-flooring, and ensuring structural accuracy. Overtime available; salary AUD 79,500 to 85,000 plus Super.

Our client is a commercial construction company located in Christies Beach.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for qualified carpenters / carpenter and joiners to join their team. It is essential to have technical aptitude and right skills and training to work in Australian standards.

You will have:

• Minimum of AQF Certificate III with 2 years of experience in carpentry, carpentry and joinery related work
• Ability to read drawings and specifications to select materials required
• Cutting materials, and assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts
• Erecting framework and roof framing, setting up roof trusses, laying sub-flooring and floorboards and verifying trueness of structures
• Positive attitude and work independently
• Familiar with wood cutting machines or hand-power tools
