Robert Plumb Collective is seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpenter to join our team on premium residential projects. You will interpret site plans, execute complex carpentry works, and collaborate with other trades to meet tight project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years high end residential carpentry experience post qualification preferred.
• Meticulous eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
• Strong team player with good communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of works.
• General building and carpentry work.
• Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades.
• Custom interior/exterior fit outs and bespoke joinery.
• Organising and managing other trades on-site.
• Support/lead Apprentices on-site.
• Responsible for workplace health and safety.
• Strong advocate for professionalism and company brand.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpenter to join our team.

About the Role

Key to the successful delivery and completion of each project, our team of Carpenters have a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set out.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of works
• General building and carpentry work
• Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades
• Custom interior/exterior fit outs
• Bespoke and detailed joinery
• Organising and managing other trades on-site
• Support/lead Apprentices on-site
• Responsible for workplace health and safety
• Strong advocate for professionalism and Company brand

Skills & experience

• 3+ years high end residential carpentry experience post qualification preferred.
